Hi, My name is Kozy Clark, Body Positivity Coach.
I have been on a diet my entire life. Where you eat regularly, but unhealthy, go on a diet and restrict yourself in calories and food, then you binge, and start the process all over again. It turns out there is nothing more powerful than my thoughts. My thoughts were sabotaging me and making me feel like I just couldn’t do it, so I would give up. I had to retrain my negative thoughts to reflect positivity, so that my goals could me reached. It’s time to refocus on nutrition and eating to nourish your body, rather than starving and depriving yourself what’s right for your body, by creating a healthy lifestyle change through exercise, nutrition and understanding your emotions.


I actually found that I couldn’t stick to the diet without the exercise and without practicing my mind to use it’s power.
